First Peter winds the dog up...

Then he lets him sleep on his feet. Everybody say “Awww”.

Awww. Hubby does the same thing with Rufus, ending in the same results. When I try to go get the camera for a picture, Rufus gets up and follows me. One of these days, I'll have the camera close by...

The best part is, Rufus knows Hubby is good for playing, but Rufus will occasionally refuse some command from Hubby, like "uh un, you can't make me, you're not my Mom!" Guess Rufus knows who his boss is, and his cook, and his groomer... It's like having a child, only with fur, and he won't cost me a fortune to go to college because he's already been there.

Rockwell is getting to know when the camera comes out and I think he is a bit of a ham. But he is still enough of a puppy that once asleep, he stays asleep. As for who is the boss, Peter is definitely the alpha dog around here. Despite all the time I spend with this hound, Peter just has to say “jump” and Rockwell asks “how high?” *sigh*
